MEET HANNAH

MEET HANNAH

I always knew that I wanted to help women — I just didn’t know how, yet.

I was raised in a home where healing was a way of life. My dad is a doctor, my mom is an energy healer (and the most devoted stay-at-home mother), and from a young age, I was taught that true power comes from giving back, building community, and leaving the world brighter than you found it.

That same spirit shaped every part of me:


Discipline through 14 years of ballet.
Confidence and self-worth through earning my black belt in martial arts.
Self-expression through fashion.
Empathy through stories — I lived with my nose in a book.

And then, at 16, something clicked. Following the advice of a family member, I launched my blog, The Road to Hannah, with nothing but my words, a dream, and outfit photos snapped in front of my parents’ garage.

My intention was simple: if one person felt better after reading my writing, I’d done my job.

Turns out, I did more than that.
By the time I graduated high school, my blog had reached 10,000 monthly readers — and something in me shifted.

I stopped seeing myself as the girl who got food thrown at her in the lunchroom.


I started seeing myself as a leader.

And I knew I wasn’t here to just lead — I was here to help other women rise, too.

Trth goes spiritual

At the tender age of 17-years-old, I had my “spiritual awakening.”

I found myself in a situation that, for the first time in my life, defied all logic and reason. In a plea for answers, I turned towards my bookshelf and dusted off a book that had been tucked into the back corner of my shelf for years: The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. I devoured the book instantly and began to life my life by it. I taught myself how to meditate daily, picked up a journaling practice, and in 2017, I began sharing what I was learning with my blog community.

The interest in my spiritual journey shocked me — my community began to ask me to teach them what I was as learning. As I went on to college at UC Berkeley, getting degrees in Sociology, English Literature, and Behavioral Sciences, I spent my free time getting my Meditation Teacher certificate, my Breathwork Facilitator certificate (levels I,II, & III), and my Inner Voice Facilitator certification.

When I graduated college in the spring of 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, I realized that I had been presented with a gift: an opportunity to use my spiritual tools to help people heal. I began hosting weekly coaching circles over Zoom, delivered virtual astrology readings (with proceeds donated to charities), stepped full-time into my work as a Women’s Spiritual Empowerment coach, and haven’t looked back.

ABOUT ME

  • … with a Pisces stellium, nonetheless, which means I feel everything deeply.

    I’m also a 1:3 Generator in Human Design, an INTJ in Myers-Briggs, and a 3 in the Enneagram!

  • A BA in Sociology, a BA in English Literature, and an AA in Behavioral and Social Sciences

  • While I was in college, I would tour with rock-and-roll bands, doing their photography and videography.

  • I would be an interior designer! Interior design is one of my passions, and I love sharing the progress of designing my apartment over on @trthliving
